About Melvin Ling Photography
Melvin received his first camera as a gift from his father at the tender age of 8, and instantly fell in love with photography. The ability of a camera to so effectively capture images which transformed his imaginations into a real yet abstract art form never failed to amaze him. He further pursued this love by majoring in photography at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, Singapore, and obtained a Diploma in Visual Communication before finally setting up Melvin Ling Photography.
In 2006, Melvin Ling Photography was conceived with its core focus in event photography, and in 2007 expanded into the area of commercial photography. A firm believer in an open concept of tailoring his work to fit the individual needs of his clients, Melvin’s creative and thought provoking approach enables his photos to effectively capture the attention of the targeted audience and beyond. His love for interacting and working with people also gives him a fine eye for details in commercial photography.
Melvin Ling Photography understands that photography is an essential platform for building a dialogue between our clients and their audiences, and since its establishment has earned the trust of both social elites and reliable professional partners. Currently, Melvin Ling Photography manages a group of professional photographers and a team of makeup artists.
